All visitors are required to fill out and sign the Camper Registration and Camper Waiver Forms and bring them to the camp on the day of their visit. Please click on the names of the forms below to download and print.

Camp Big Sky is open every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from May 1 to October 31, although other dates may be accommodated with previous notice and planning upon request. All visits to Camp Big Sky must be scheduled in advance. Volunteers are present to assist with orientation, operation of some equipment, such as the watercraft, and any other duties as required.

In an effort to make your stay with us a positive and safe experience, please follow these simple steps:

1. Click on Calendar of Events under Visit Us.
2. Check the dates you want to visit. Days that are full will be indicated.
3. Click Online Registration from the Menu bar above. Please be sure to indicate the dates of your visit.
4. Complete and submit the reservation form.
5. We will review and confirm your request by e-mail within 48 hours.
6. Upon your arrival at the camp, you will be met at our main (yellow) entrance gate, which is padlocked, and will be escorted by your hosting volunteer(s). Once you have settled in, we will orient you to our camp boundaries, guidelines and activity areas. It is very important that you know and respect our boundaries to prevent any trespass onto our neighbors' property.
